Does anyone have this, I am wanting to know if anyone is having a problem with the box as mine is not showing any programme information, will it still record, i have pulled the plug with no benefit?
 
No problem with ours :shrug: Often turning it off at the plug (as you have done) for a few minutes usually works.
 
I have cable and wireless and my box has updated with new menus etc (sometime yesterday), perhaps virgin are updating cable box software in your area now that they own NTL
 
If you pull the plug....leave it off for a few mins.......dont just switch off then on again.
 
pulled the plug while i made tea no better.
 
had this myself the other week seems to have sorted itself out lately prob just virgin swapping over
 
Use to get that all the time when we were on NTL...made them give us a new box in the end, and it was just as hopeless. Makes me love the Sky HD even more :( Never found a way to make it work again, just wait...wait.....and more waiting :|
