Does anyone have this, I am wanting to know if anyone is having a problem with the box as mine is not showing any programme information, will it still record, i have pulled the plug with no benefit?
I have cable and wireless and my box has updated with new menus etc (sometime yesterday), perhaps virgin are updating cable box software in your area now that they own NTL
Use to get that all the time when we were on NTL...made them give us a new box in the end, and it was just as hopeless. Makes me love the Sky HD even more Never found a way to make it work again, just wait...wait.....and more waiting :|
