Second week of November I have a week off and fancy a visit to the coast, probably just one night.

Weather permitting, are there any recommendations for beautiful scenes? Whether photographed or not! For photography I'm mostly interested in "subjects in their surroundings" rather than "landscape", if that makes sense, so animals, buildings and people are all fair game.

Pics below from my last visit to Horsea, which was wonderful! 1000006826.jpg1000006825.jpg

Blakeney Harbour. I think the seal boat trips may have finished by then ? There's the new tide bell and lighthouse at Happisburgh

I might be too late but my favourite spots are over on the west side of the North Norfolk coast... Thornham, Hunstanton, Snettisham, Burnham Overy Staithe to name a few.

If you're planning another trip, I can highlight recommend this guidebook... https://www.justinminns.co.uk/books/photographing-east-anglia :)

I've heard that Justin Minns is a proper solid lad and great photographer... ;) I'll place an order, I love where I live and gave a few great photos in mind - just waiting for the right conditions (there is a tree that would make a stunning photo with a sunrise coupled with a bit of fog on a very cold morning... It'll happen soon!).
