This is our friend Linda on "tripoli" ( the Brown one)
and "grandpa" (the Grey)
Competing at Addington at the VJR ( Veteran Jumpers & Riders ) a European competition. held for 4 days over the weekend
The last one is my daughter presenting the prizes in her sponsored class.
( before we get the usual comments about "females" I would just like to point out her boyfriend is 6'3" and a "dab hand" at the "weights" )
I just put this in as a proud dad.
The on site 'Tog did seem a little put out when the chief judge invited me into the ring for the photo shoot though :rules:
And in fact did place his "white lens" on the fence, I had been using a 70-200 is for my shots
and he up to that point had just been using a "black one" whats all that about then ? :shrug:

I know some of the highlights are a bit blown
The sun was incredibly strong and I was struggling

You can't complain at these with the sun that strong.

It was incredibly hot, clear blue sky, and that arena surface reflected the sun like a mirror :bang:
