It feels sooooooooooooooo nice in the hand, very comfy!

I took these with my 30D and new nifty fifty.

Will be running a film through it this weekend and will post the results and might do a lil review as I did with the XA.
 
I dusted off my 3 the other day and am currently working my way through a roll of Delta 3200, before I try out some new Velvia 100. Suddenly my 20mm lens LOOKS like a 20mm! Enjoy ;)
 
Ooooh, very nice! But where's the slot for the memory card to go?! :puke: :D

Really should dust off some of my dad's old film kit at some point!

Good choice there Gaz. If you're used to a gripped body then it might be worth keeping a lookout for a BP-E1 or PB-E2 grip for it. The BP-E1's are usually around £50 and the PB-E2 go for £85+

How many £££'s a second can it shoot?

One of the biggest joys of digital is the fact that you can dump all your experimental shots. It is truly liberating.

If I had to put a price on every shot, I would shot very many fewer.

maybe that would be a good thing!

I do experiment with the 30D, tis good fun!

Using film does teach you self control as well as you say, and using a 100% view finder is ace :naughty:
