Critique Water Abstract

Whilst on holiday in Norfolk recently, we spent a few relaxing hours on a day boat travelling between Potter Height and Ranworth Broad.
I was sat on the back of the boat talking with my wife and suddenly had the idea of photographing the wake spewing out from underneath the boat.
I'd love to hear what you think of these images. Do they work, or not?
