Water droplet photos cracked!

Well i was washing up, being me i thought, mm... why not try and take some water drop and flow photos, i opened the camera slot on my mobile phone (3.2 mp) put it on macro, and hoped for the best, the flash went of, i thoguht i turned it of, but i realised, this is what i have been doing wrong, i need a flash to capture the water still in the air!!

So i had ago with a couple of other things

I remembered seeing this on the 365 forum by Lisa, and i thought i would have a go, i was very please with the results! This is by far my fave photo

And a classic water drop photo to finish of.

i can't believe I managed to get these with my phone camera, can't wait to see what ic an do when i get my proper camera XD

All are 100% unedited and I know in some there are a lot of glare and you can tell its not took with that good a camera, but hey

And i am maybe going to try some more tonight with a glass and multi coloured backing to it and edit them a bit

I have done some more and edited them, like increased the contrast, and blackened out some glare from the sink

Addictive doing water drops? ... Nah

Seriously though .. If they are taken with a mobile phone? I think you have done really well and if they were taken with a more conventional camera? then you've still got some excellent shots .. especially the apple and the leaf ..

I like this one. Very impressive that you toke them by using a phone camera. A background paper really works.

I tried some water shots like these last year and they weren't half as good as these
