Not bad as such Mr Fab Ray. The long exposure has blown out the highlights in the water at the bottom of the picture. A slightly shorter exposure would have fixed that.
The right hand third of the image tells me little about the scene so would probably leave it out.
There was probably a cracking image in the bottom left quarter of this picture. You probably should have swapped to your 28-135mm lens for this one.
