Website changes, do they work?

I thought I would change a bit on my current website this evening and would like some feedback. Not a lot works on it currently apart from a few of the top links and the main front page.

Did you know - you can set up Google analytics to measure split tests for you

text is too small and not sharp looking as it's done in flash - not good
using frames is not a good idea
pages don't have titles
there is nothing there for the search engines to find - you won't get many visitors!

I don't think the difference in look and feel between the two version will make much difference. The major factor in getting business is your search engine optimisation, so filling in descriptions etc is vital.

Nice design though, text could be sharpened up a bit, looks like it's been anti-aliased a little too much by flash.

It doesnt use frames, Ive not put the meta-tags in yet.

I'll look into the text being rough.
