I'm heading off to Sri Lanka in June for a couple of weeks, obviously taking the camera :)

I'm sure there's a few more bits I need to take, and it is monsoon season so it will be hot, humid, and more than likely lashing down with rain at least once a day....so I'd like to make sure my camera will survive.

I've got a 30D, 50 1.8, Sigma 10-20, 55-250 IS.

I was leaning towards getting Ewa Marine U-A ( http://www.camerasunderwater.co.uk/ewa_marine/slr/housings.html ), which is really designed for light underwater usage, but I'm thinking it would actually work pretty well if I want to go out in the rain and catch some thunderstorms.....any other suggestions for rain/humidity-proofing my gear?

there are a couple of issues with the EWA bags - you have no way of operating a zoom ring (problem on the 55-200 and the 10-20 )and you can only use internally focusing lens - ( a problem on the 50 1.8) they are also kind of cumbersome on the surface. You'll struggle to change lens quickly or work all the buttons for example.

Sorry I've no idea of a better solution though...
