What do I need to trigger inferfit ex150 setup ?

hi guys
My missus as just won me a inferfit ex150 studio setup on eBay .. Brand new never used for less than £100
My question is how do I trigger these ?
Would be nice to have all the hardware ready for when this comes ...
Using a canon 5D setup ...
Any views or links would be a great help

They should come with a sync lead that plugs into the camera. Connect one flash to the camera and the other one will act as a slave and fire at the same time

You can get a cheapo wireless trigger off eBay which connects to the hotshoe and plugs into the sync lead socket on the camera. Or if you have a speedlight it can trigger them too
