When I am out and about I usually have with me:

Code:
Canon EOS 300D, gripped with handstrap
2x 1Gb CF cards

430EX

18-55mm
50mm F/1.8
105mm Macro
35-105mm (oooold lens)
70-200mm F/4 + hood

Skylight filter
Circular Polarizer

Remote release

Lens cleaning tissues and fluid / lenspen

Spare batteries (camera and flash)

Tripod

Now, what am I "missing" from my bag? Other than lenses, is there anything I have massively overlooked that would greatly aid me in my general photography?

Acessories always seem to me to be snake oil so I always gloss over them but maybe I am missing out! What do you have with you that is invaluable?

EDIT: left off the memory :)

grey or ND graduated filter? ND filter for when it's just too bright?

Talent? not suggesting you haven't any but while we all love to dream of the perfect kit, even modest equipment can take brilliant images in the right hands.

Always have a Leatherman tucked away - can be useful on occasion.

Rocket blower, and a beanbag for resting the camera/lens on if you cannot use a tripod.

At any event I attend I never leave home without my trusty camping chair..(y)

I hate standing all day.:(

I like this man...

But seriously...
Lots of cleaning kit
a mobile phone
spare batteries
a good idea of what you want to achieve before you go out

Apart from that you seem to have the basics covered. Lots of memory as well - I just bought a couple of extra 2Gb cards, bringing my total now to 6 x 2Gb and 8 x 1Gb. You never know when you might get stuck somewhere without a helicopter to take you back and there's lots going on.

heheheh - thought that'd make a few of you giggle...
