What is this mount ???

anyone can tell me what this mount is please. i have had this lens for years. its a soligor f=300mm f5.5 , Photo could be clearer i know but it has 4 tabs all of the same size

Looks like an old Miranda bayonet mount, although the slot usually has a pin in it. Soligor made many lenses for their Miranda cameras, but unfortunately they are a pain in the backside to adapt to other systems
