What mount is this?

I bought a Tamron 90mm f/2.5 from ebay a while back and it was sold as an FD mount lens. I've just taken delivery of my FD/EF adapter and the lens doesn't fit. I've no idea what mount it is so any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: I've searched for various types of mounts and it looks like the "adaptall" mount, if it is this mount, would this solve all my problems:

In the old days Tamron produced a range of lenses which were called Adaptall (and Adaptall2 I think) which had a supplementary adaptor to enable them to be mounted on a range of bodies, almost a one lens fits all approach. Some of the lenses were very good. So to fit this lens to a camera if it as an adaptall will require an adapter, I dont think they ever made an adapter to fit an EOS body though, the adapter was purely mechanical (no glass involved). I suppose it might be possible to get an adaptall-FD and then an FD/Eos adapter to work, the FD/Eos usually comes with an internal lens and acts as a teleconverter so magnifies the focal range and you often lose infinity focus (probably wont matter on a macro lens).
In addition you will probably lose aperture control unless you can stop the lens down (not sure what that will do to your eos metering), obviously you wont have auto focus (that wont matter) but you may get focus confirmation to light up.
Worth a punt getting an adaptall-FD mount and see if it all ties together.

Keep us posted, sounds like there's a new adapter on the street which will open up a source of some very good old lenses.

Indeed, assuming it maintains infinity focus without glass (fingers crossed!). But even if it doesn't it could open up a cheap-ish route into macro for budget minded people.
 
I've now got my tamron/ef adapter and it mounts onto the camera, the aperture control works fine and it focusses to infinity. My problem is that when I take a photo I get an error 01. If I rotate the lens so it's not locked into place it takes the photo fine. Obviously I'd like to have the lens secured fully and being able to take a picture so if anyone has any ideas I'd love to hear them!

I've now found that there is a small "switch" on the body's mount at about 9/10 o'clock as you look at it. When this is pushed the camera gets the error 01 code. This explains why the camera fires when the lens is rotated slightly. My plan is to attack the offending part of the adapter with the dremel just so that it no longer activates the switch allowing me to take error free photos with the lens locked in position.

That seem like a reasonable idea? If there's any way to avoid doing this let me know, but I'm drawing a blank here.
 
The problem is that part of the mount is forcing this switch into the position where the camera expects communication from the lens. So by grinding that away it should stop it from operating the switch. The only downside is that it would shorten the lug at that position.
 
Just thought I'd let you all know how it worked out. I dremelled off the bit of the lug that activated the switch, and it mounts perfectly and works like a dream! Dead easy!
