What speed CF card for D700?

I am now a proud owner of a D700 it came with a 4gb Lexar Pro x300 card which is nice but I could do with something a little bigger (8gb would probably be fine).

Question is, what speed do I need? I won't usually be machine gunning buffer fulls of RAW but I don't want it to feel overly sluggish if I 'accidentally' do leave my finger on the trigger.

My 8 GB SanDisk is an Extreme IV 45 MB/s and find it works well with my D700 no lag even on high continuous shoot

I got the Lexar professional 400x 8gb CF UDMA (60mb/s) cards which were cheaper than the Lexar professional 300x & my D700 seems to handle them quite well with no probs.... So good that I got another Lex Pro 400x 8gb
