What's the best way to carry a pro DSLR & 70/200

Hi Neil,
That looks like a monster version of the Lowepro pouch I use to cover events.
Admittedly I tend to use a 300mm f4 or 70-200 f4 (with lens hood attached), so slightly smaller than the 70-200 f2.8.
The idea works though.
I use a wide waist strap and no shoulder strap, a bit like your second image.
Keeps the shoulders free moving and doesn't tangle with the strap on the 2nd body.
Overall it means I can put one body down and pick the other up without even looking.

If you position the stops on an R strap correctly, the body & lens "should" sit in a comfortable place. I like it to sit just behind my right hip and it tends to hold in position.
Never tried one of the big holster thingies, means you HAVE to wear a belt, not something I always do when wearing shorts on a warm day...

If you look at Neil's second image the belt is not part of your clothing, it stays with the pouch/holster when you unclip the camera gear.
So you can wear whatever you want.
It's also a lot more comfortable than a belt designed just to keep your trousers up.
