Where can I get a graduated ND filter?

For ND grads you really want the square filters, rather than the threaded round ones. That's because you very rarely want the transition area to go straight across the middle of your image. So you want something like the Cokin system - like this. Also has the advantage of fitting all of your lenses with adapter plates.
