You claim it from Nikon after purchase - see the link on the Park site.
Yes i saw link ty for that :) So i get card just then i buy that camera, i was thinking that first what i need to do is order a card and just then buy everything.

and about your link, you give link with lenses, that lenses is okay but you think its enought for starting kit, maybe i need to buy body only and buy some better lenses? that one in the link is not to dark? or you guys think its okay ?

Well body only would be cheaper @ £329 less cashback and there are some nice fairly inexpensive primes like the 35mm and 50mm, but it depends what you want to take pictures of. I prefer primes, others prefer zooms - but it helps to know what focal lengths you like to use before spending money on prime lenses and a zoom lens can help you work that out. :)

ye, i understand that i cant buy one lens for everything, but first one i think i need just for going out take some pictures at street, some landscape, people, ofc make some photosesion for my friends :) (you know need to try everything and chose what is best for me)
what camera i want i am 100proc sure, but then its goes on lenses i dont know a lot about that and need a lot of help with that :)

It sounds to me you should buy the D5100 with the kit lens (18-55mm), try that out and see if you want to buy other lenses after a while. Park Cameras as identified above is the best and your cashback should take just a couple of weeks.

So guys you r sure that i get that card just then i buy a camera? or still i should register for that card after buying ?

You need to buy at full price. When you get your camera you fill in the warranty slip then upload a photo of that slip together with the receipt to the Nikon website. Within a couple of weeks, you will get £55 loaded onto a prepaid VISA card which you use in the shops like any other prepaid card
