Where do you buy your lens covers from?

Santa has just bought some from Outdoor Photography Gear for my husband today (and snuck a couple in there for myself). Will let you know what they're like when they arrive, which hopefully should be around New Year (closed until the 30th, hoping they'll be despatched that day).
 
There is also Wildlife Watching Supplies which I did briefly consider for Santa to do his shopping at, but they only did one of the lenses I wanted covers for (a Nikon 300mm 2.8), so it seemed a bit daft for me to get only one from them and have to source the others elsewhere, so can't comment on anything, but prices are similar to outdoor photography gears.
 
Wildlife Watching supplies seem to get good reviews. Just read a recent one from Des Ong, a wildlife photographer and have read and seen other people saying good things about them.

I have just ordered one on christmas even for my lens. Looking forward to receiving it.

Well ours arrived yesterday and I must say they are good, but we do have a couple of niggles.

Mine is for a Nikon 70-300 and I'm not keen on the fact that the cover is too thick to get the lens hood back over when you want to put the lens away. You can sort of put it on, but not far enough so you can lock it on like you would normally.

I also ordered the zoom sock (a camouflaged mesh), but unfortunately for this lens it's pointless tbh. It's simply too long for it. I should have thought to ask how long the sock actually is before ordering, but I think I was a bit over-santa-fied :)

The window section for the hubby's 300mm is also a little bit unsatisfactory, but I'll keep that for another post as I'll be contacting them for a bit of advice on it.
 
How thick or deep is the material? Lens coat is pretty thin from what I've seen...
 
Am I the only tight sod here and buys off Ebay? lol. got both my 70-200 and 100-400 covered in neoprene for less than £20 and can't fault them at all. I'm not the most careful with my ggear either.
 
I bought 3 from one of the above, not LensCoat, they are OK but don't really fit and the cut outs are poor. But they protect you lens and are warm to the touch ..... probably a touch expensive for what they are:

I bought them for the following Nikon lens
300 f4 ...... cut out section is poor .... this is the worst fitting also because of the sliding hood
300 f2.8 ........ covers the VR and is a pain to roll back when you switch the VR on and off
600mm f4 ..... just does not fit exactly .... but the sections overlap OK

I suppose that I could modify them to fit better, (but not the 300mm f4), ...... they are worth it for the "damper" effect you get which may reduce vibration a little, protection and warm to the touch.

don't expect professional grade quality
