Which Android phone?

Galaxy S is my personal preference. After rooting it and updating firmware it flies along. Not sure what is up with the official build but it regularly got stuck doing mundane things.

I went for the Incredible S, for me the Desire HD just felt slightly too bulky. Loving it right now.

I've never used Android. How do you find it? And how do you find the touch screen? I like to be able to use a phone with one hand - touch screen seems a backward step in usability for me.

If you want to use a phone with one hand ,I think the desire hd might be a tad on the big side for that ,I have the desire and It's perfect for using with one hand ,ie... text and the like .

Have you tried the charge, turn off, unplug, recharge etc etc trick? Did wonders for mine!
