Which B&W film developing chemicals?

Just wondering which chemicals people use for their b&w film developing? I've always used the same and never changed - Ilford DDX with Ilfostop and Rapid Fixer. Any recommendations for good alternatives anyone?

I used to love Agfa Rodinal back when I did my own processing.

Hi there! Sorry for the late reply... Thanks for the suggestion and link, I've heard of Rodinal before, might just have to give it a try!

Acutol was my preferred soup and it gave a half stop speed increase when using PanF
