Google Ashampoo, whether it make much difference with NTFS is open to debate though.
As said ntfs doesn't defrag as much as the older file systems and windows does its own housekeeping (unless you have ssd where windows turns it off) so defrag program's are a waste of your time.
Defragglers pretty good. From the people that make ccleaner.

Defraggler spends ages seemingly defragging a drive that it says isn't fragmented... and even when it's finished you can click defrag it will spend ages defragging the same disk again, ad infinitum. It just seems to be wasting my electricity.

Providing your drive is set to ntfs I wouldn't bother. Defragging is left over from the days of windows 98 and fat file systems that people cling to as a performance placebo.
If you have a SSD you don't need to defrag it as there's no moving part inside it it doesn't need to "fetch" the data as its not stored on a disc it spends no time finding it as a normal HDD does.
You'd be better off not worrying about defragging and downloading CCLEANER and running on your system.
Clears up unwanted and left over rubbish on the PC and in the registry which can speed things up a little.

I've seen more wrecked computers from registry cleaners than I've seen performance improvements after using them.
CCLEANER is a good tool as a general cleaning tool, but avoid the registry cleaning part.
Well I've used it on at least 100 PC's, laptops and netbooks since it first came out and not once had a single issue with cleaning the registry with CCleaner.
suppose it depends on the people using them and the software itself.
