Which Home Studio Flash Lighting Kit?

Hi,

I have now got a room at home that I wish to use as a small home studio. I am therefore looking to buy my first studio flash kit and welcome any recommendations.

A few years ago I purchesed and set of Lencarta studio lights. (http://www.lencarta.com/) Good starter kit IMHO and great bang for your buck.
