Which ips monitor for photos down to 2

Not sure which one to get this one Hazro HZ27WC 8-Bit 27 has a glass front http://overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MO-013-HO

or the dell ultra sharp 27" http://www.amazon.co.uk/Dell-U2711-Ultrasharp-Premier-Widescreen/dp/B003A4H17S

Both wanting to be used for photos for better/truer colour or any other u think could be better

I was looking at the Hazro HZ27WC myself when I saw it posted on hotukdeals.The one you have linked to has nonglass so might be better.The glass one is here.

Dell IPS monitors tend to have a very high reputation - have you considered monitor calibration? Arguably if you want the "better/truer colour" then that is what you really need to do.
