Which Lens(s) for sports and wildlife

OK so yet another lens question. Mine is as follows:

Current equipment:
Canon 60D
Sigma 17-70 F2.8-4 OS
Sigma 70-300mm APO DG MACRO
Canon 50mm F1.8

Criteria:
My photography interests are low light portrait and indoor sports, wildlife (zoo and wild) and landscape. So quite a wide range really. I am looking to replace my telephoto lens as I find the range too short on occasion for birds in flight etc and not particularly good in low light or the fastest focus. I am looking for something that is good in low light so F2.8 but also something with range for wildlife.

Budget: £1500-2000

Option 1:
Canon 70-200 F2.8 L IS USM ii
Telelconverter EF2x iii

Option 2:
Sigma 70-200 F2.8 EX OS HSM
Sigma 150-500 F5-6.3 OS HSM

I just wondered what everones thoughts were or if there was something I was missing.

If you have a maximum budget and you don't mind imports you could get the Canon 70-200 f2.8L IS MkII and the Sigma 150-500 OS from Panamoz, and if you paid by bank transfer you could get them both for around £1830. I've got both lenses and if you're close to me you are welcome to come and have a try out first. I bought both of mine from Panamoz and I really rate them very highly. I have loads of great shots from both lenses and have also used both lenses to great effect on a 60D which I swapped recently for a 7D.

Option 1 for me of these options.

Alternatively, you might sell the 70-300 and get a used Canon 300f2.8ISL for a bit over budget. You will not regret it !

Thanks for the offer Stuart, I notice from your Flickr that you have the EF 2x iii, do you think I would be better getting the 150-500 rather than the 2x extender
 
Ok thanks everyone for your comments. I have decided to go for the canon and 2nd lens. However somebody suggested the sigma 120-400. Which has tempted me, because of weight, size, filter thread and larger aperture. My question now is which of the 2 sigmas?
 
Update: having finally received my bonus. yesterday I visited my local LCE and am now the proud owner of a Sigma 150-500 and I am looking forward to getting out with it over the next few days :-) whilst there I also tried out the Sigma 70-200 f2.8 OS and was impressed with the results. Will have to see what deals are at Focus next week. Although I would love the Canon version at £1000 more I can't justify it.
