Want a bit of advice please, I want a longer focal length lens to take urban shots (from a distance) with a flatter perspective and am wondering what would be the best option. I'm shooting on full frame with a D800 and my 'top' end focal length lens I own is a 70-200mm f4. Quality/ price-wise am I better off going for a 80-400 (older version), although I've already got the range up to 200mm covered, or a 1.4x or even a 1.7x converter (would I even be able to use a 2.0x converter with my longer zoom?). Budget is around £800, if anyone has any other alternatives then please advise.
