Which lightweight/compact monopod?

I currently have the Redsnapper monopod + Manfrotto 234RC Head and whilst it's a very sturdy combination I'd really like something lighter/more compact.

Apparently the Slik 381CF is a good option but I'm not sure if the 234RC head will fit?

Another other suggestions are appreciated
