which longer lens

Hi,

A friend is going on honeymoon soon and is borrowing my old 450d, but i dont have any longer lenses for it now. I've seen a couple for sale, roughly similar prices, so wondered if anyone used either of the lenses below, and could comment. both are second hand but sold in good condition.

Sigma 150-500 OS

Tamron 200-500mm SP AF DI (IF)

Certainly the Sigma. The stabilization is a must at 500mm and the AF is faster and more silent
