Which ND filters for a beginner

I've just received my new toy (Canon 600D with 18-55mm lens and 55-250mm lens).

I'm looking to do some landscape shots and some long(ish) exposure shots soon so am looking at ND filters (both full and grad). I don't want to spend a fortune as I know some can be very expensive - budget is around the £30-40 mark and would like a set ideally. I don't need a 10 stop (too expensive) so wondered if anyone can recommend any for my budget?

I have access to a tripod and remote shutter.

Any help, as always, will be greatly appreciated :)

I was thinking something along the lines of this - are they any good?

[edit] Just found these and although I was hoping to get full and grad, I may have to just go for one for the time being, maybe get the full in a week or two...
