Which of the two is better.

I tried to produce a high key portrait.. I have post the first one and this is my second edit which is better in your view..

I think the 2nd one looks much much better. In the 1st one, the face is too white and the hair too black which takes away any details.

The first one has more punch and is closer to what I would call 'high key'.

Personally I don't subscribe to the view that a pure white background of itself constitutes high key.

While the 1st one is in the current vogue of "high key", the 2nd image looks like a normal photo stuck on a white background (well it does to me...)

2nd image all the way. 1st image is just far too over exposed on the face and the hair just weird. The 2nd image is good though. So just down to bad editing

For me I think somewhere in between would work best! I like them both, but I think the first is too blown out yet the 2nd is too dull.
