which one do you prefure?

I would say the first one. Not wanting to sound brutal but I don't think the composition is strong enough to either work with or overpower the colours in the scene. Which to me add some clutter and confusion about where your eye wants to go.

In the black and white version, it all seems to work to together and lead your eye down the path. All of a sudden, where there was distraction in the colour shot is some balance and harmony. (y)
