Which Text Editor?

Been using Textpad for what seems like forever and looking for a change. Looking for an opensource text editor (for Vista) with markup support for CSS, HTML etc. And the usual text file editing of course.

If you don't need an open source one, just one you can get for free (legally), the PSPad is also worth looking at.
