I'm looking to get a new tripod, as my current ones gone droopy under the weight of my cam and lens (its designed for compacts, not 300mm
). I was going to replace the head, but i went into a camera shop today and discovered id managed to acquire a tripod with which that wasn't possible....
I'm looking at this, as its a reasonable price, and should hold my lens

But is it any good for a Sony a200 with a sigma 70-300mm DG lens, and occasionally a normalish sized flashgun?
