Whipsnade Lions

Hi All,

Another set from Whipsnade this weekend - I balsed up a lot of my efforts with the lions by having horribly blown highlights. These were the better efforts - appreciate any and all C&C.

I'm posting these bigger following the trial change in rules... be interesting to see if I get worse comments now you are getting a larger size picture to C&C?!

What time of day did you go? Whenever I go, they are always asleep on the other side of the hill!

You have to get there for opening and go straight round to the the Lions - if you are lucky they will have just been fed and will be very close to the glass. They will always be on the hill or sleeping by the fence later in the day - lazy moggies!

I prefer #2. Maybe a slight tweak on the levels to reduce the brightness of the cats in the background. It's such a natural shot with nothing there to say 'zoo'.
