Ursa Major .. first ever try at this .. really poor light pollution and street lights close by, also the moon rising made it very difficult ....

They never look good at first, I nearly didn't try as it looked too dim ... this was the start image below, you can just about make out the galaxy in the centre ..

True, but I meant after I stacked them with my darks etc and tried a bit of stretching... I haven't deleted the data as I still intend having another look at some point.
