He She should be fairly safe from humans. Most shoots that I know have a 'no taking' policy on Whites as they are often considered good luck; not forgetting that the season closes today of course!

Whether he survives Charlie or not is another matter!

Got 4 brace of pheasant hanging in the shed right now. Got to pluck and draw tomorrow.

LOL. He's probably going to be alright. It was £25 fine on my old shoot for bagging a white one. No particular reason... just a bit of fun and the money went over the bar in the pub. Problem was when they were high with the sun behind 'em - cost me a couple of times.
