Hi folks
went to a Canoe event for the very first time this past weekend... the lighting was rather challenging to say the least, thick over grown trees and at times pouring rain
got soaked for my troubles LOL
still managed to get some I was pleased with

Wow what a great set. The action is beautifully caught and some great expressions there. Really captured the felling there.

Fantastic series of shots, Bit on the wet side for my enjoyment though..

Shot 1 for me, It looks like the camera was at water level.

River Washburn, Blubberhouses I guess yes it's always dark there in fact I'm surprised how light it looks in your shots, unless you have one huge flashgun

A good set of images from a challenging location, so very well done.

I was going to go to this event too, but had to do a track and field event instead.

You know how good these are don't you? No's 3 & 8 are stunning, I love the way the waters been caught looking like a blanket over the canoeists.

Nicely done. Very dramatic pics. #3 is soooo nearly an awesome shot. If only that paddle wasn't in the way it would be just amazing.
