Wide angle lens for full frame Nikon?

I'm going to be shooting in a venue that is really cramped. Can anyone recommend a wide (to ultra-wide) angle lens for full frame please? 3rd party lens suggestions welcomed. Preferably f2.8 or faster and wider than 24mm.

Budget: up to £500

I use a Sigma 14mm F2.8 on my D700, can't get them new anymore, but you do see them on ebay. I wanted a Sigma 12-24 but couldn't quite afford one
