A difficult subject, well done! The horse is clearly happy and is looking at something to his right and not bothered by you at all, not easy to achieve.
My youngest daughter studied horse behaviour and as part of her post-grad studies she spent some time among wild horses in Spain, a herd of about 30 horses living on 1000 acres. She told me that it's difficult to observe them without affecting their behaviour.
