North England Windermere and surrounding areas

Evening, staying in Windermere next month for a couple of nights, got absolutely no knowledge of this area or locations so would appreciate some suggestions. I prefer to take LE shots, sunrise/sunset shots, any suggestions welcome and I will check it out
