Hi Matt
looking at these, you need to get some far more Dynamic angles to your shots, on the approach to corners etc - most of these look like 'snapshots' of bikers riding past on a sunday afternoon joyride
also could do with some severe cropping to get up close and personal
also try using a slow shutter speed to get some feeling of motion
practice and more practice your panning, and then you will achieve slower shutter speeds
