Spent a good few hours at the DeHaviland rally held after a five year absence at Woburn Abbey, great to see these old birds still flying.

Super shots and just love the last one.

Lovely clarity and colour in all the shots and as Steve says above the last one is special.

For my personal taste, I would prefer to leave them some room at the front to fly into.

If they are Trailing Smoke or Jetwash then this isn't as important as that becomes part of the image, just my personal opinion though so please feel free to completely ignore me.

Agreed, looking at them now I should have done that at least for number 3.
With number 1 heading straight towards me and a very tight crop to get some detail I felt it wasn't necessary.
Thanks for your advice though,always good to see through others eyes
