If it fits a Minolta Dynax it should fit any Sony alpha. There are some issues with certain sigmas and the a33/a55, but it'll be fine on an a200.

so long as it's an autofocus lens[which it looks like it is],it should work on a sonyt alpha 100,200,230,300,330,350..etc...
