Still trying to get a decent shot of a wren but think these are my best efforts yet

I likem..any shot of a wren is a good one, they dont sit still for long.

So these things are small? I don't actually know anything about birds. I know an eagle from an owl, that is about it....

Second pic is nice, maybe bump up the contrast and brightness a bit.

Is it the same bird in both? In the first one it looks like it has been in some pollen...its all bright yellow underneath..but not in the second shot. :shrug:

It is funny that you should mention a mouse..... We have a little mouse that lives in our kitchen that I call speedy. Been trying to get a shot of him, but he too fast.

Thanks janice no its a different bird, i didnt know if it was a greenfly on his beak never thought it could be pollen.


Thanks juan yeah these are the smallest british bird as janice said about the size of a mouse and pretty skittish they dont stay still very long

I have them in my garden too .... I have slim to no chance with my lenses & stealth abilities!

The first one was just sat on the fence as i went for a walk but the second one was in my garden seem to have dissapeared again now though :shake:
