Wrist/Neck Strap Combo?

i have some optec stuf i may list later which does the job

i often go from wrist strap to neck strap
 
I have a quick release Lowepro neck strap and a wrist strap with press studs on so it's easily detached. That works for me ok.
 
If its anything like the hama strap i used to use the mount screws into the tripod slot but on the bottom it adds another tripod mount so they should be useable :)

The Optec stuff looks nice and doesn't use the tripod mount, which is handy. I quite like the Uni-Loop system, but are those plastic quick-release connectors up to the job?

Some advice on what other people have bought would be good. There's a miriad of choices!
 
thats what i have the uniloop and i used it with a D700 and 70-200 2.8

its the same breaking strain as paracord which i hve never seen broken
