JOD. Click to expand... They are .303 rounds 100%. The Japanese Navy did use 7.7mm Rimmed (.303) and their armed forces also used 7.7mm Rimless, 7.7mm Semi Rimmed. The "Arisaka" round was 6.5mm. (collecting INERT small arms ammunition, is my other hobby )

It's the shape of the 5-rd clip that's the give-away: I fired these when I was in the Army Cadets at school.
