Don't think I want to be pecked by a swan. That beak looks sharp!
As to the pictures - first one looks a bit front focused? Not sure if the second one would look better with a polariser and the swan is great but has a bit of that look about you get when the file size is small (but this one isn't too small)... if that makes any sense
