I was considering trying my ND filter but just stuck to ISO100 to get a slight blur, will try it at the next show.

Good use of the tripod and longer exposures here, really focuses the eye to the subject, which is a good way to get around the crowd problems and messy shots at shows which are hard to get well composed shots without messy backgrounds, but you've pretty much nailed it with this buddy.

I'd remove the blue line from the floor in the first shot though, it's really distracting.

cheers lads appreciate the comments! i didnt use an nd filter, i just stuck the aperture right up to allow me to slow the shutter down!

I did notice the very wide DOF, I tried it once but where I chose to do it didn't work.
