Hi all,

I took a few pictures of what I believe is technically called the "wife's pink flower". It was taken with a 450D and a Canon 24-105L fitted with a kenko extension tube: Comments, tips and criticism requested!

Having previewed the post, I already see the difference in brightness... shot in RAW, so no excuse :crying:

Nice and pretty sharp.

Just need a little more light.

Not bad for a first go, but you do need to work more with the lighting.

Flowers dont tend to move much ;) so you can play to your hearts content.

Normal table lamps work well, but you'll then need to correct for the WB later.
