Yn565ex on canon 60d?

As per the title really,
Has anyone tried or is anyone using the above combo.
I want a decent flash to go with my 60d for on and off camera flash but can't quite stretch to the canon 580ex2 I wanted and had the above recommended.

Any views greatly appreciated.

I have the yn568 I use with my 60d.

It's the slightly upgraded model than the 565ex (can't exactly remember the difference).

I don't have any issues with my flash, they are well built, constantly produce great output, can be used wirelessly on 60d, has high speed sync.

I'd definitely recommend it

I use the YN 568 ex same as mike its well worth the money as is the YN 565 ex the only difference really is the 568 will HSS = it will sync at any shutter speed upto your highest 1/8000th sec. The 565 sync to 1/250th sec
