Yongnuo 565ex good price?

I have a nikon D7000 and spotted a Yongnuo YN565EX brand new and delivered for £80, which looks to me to be a very good price, the only thing i can see that it doesnt have that i would like is HSS, my question is, is it worth it?
I can always buy a nikon SB700 at a later date if I really find I need HSS?

The yongnuo 568 ex does HSS i use it on my canon also the 500 ex model is HSS not to sure if there compatible with nikon yet
